Quotes are not binding contracts, therefore you are not required to make a payment. This also means that by submitting this form you are NOT placing an order. The custom order will be considered placed after both parties agree on the custom order and after the customer pays in full with a secured payment link that I will send in an email. All orders are processed and fulfilled with in 4-5 weeks. Viola Leder Ceramics reserves the right to deny any custom orders, based on personal decisions that may not be disclosed to the customer. You understand that Viola uses her time to make quotes and sketches prior to the payment, in order to respect Viola's time you will be considerate of that. If you abuse this free service, Viola may refuse any of your requests in the future.

Custom mugs are made to order. While the limit is the sky, prices ranges from $70 to $300 ( see reference pictures with prices below). Its important for me to know your Budget before I start the quote so feel free to let me know how much do you want to spend.
1. Complete and submit this form with all the necessary details.
2. Receive an email for consultation, including a quote and pay design fee if requested.
3. Provide approval for the sketches.
4. The client will PAY IN FULL items below $100. If your item is quoted above $100, you may choose to pay a down-payment, and the rest of the money once your item is ready to ship.
5. Approximately 4-5 weeks later, your item will be ready for delivery.
Upon submitting this form, you can expect to receive a detailed quote. I will make every effort to provide you with a price estimate for the requested item.

Upon acceptance of the quote, you may proceed to pay the $35 fee. Following payment, you will receive a sketch illustrating the potential appearance of your items. It's important to note that the sketch will be based on the agreed-upon quote. Should you choose to add details, the final price will accordingly increase.

In the event that the initial sketch does not meet your satisfaction, I will gladly create a new one. Each sketch will be accompanied by an updated expected cost.

This quote can also be considered a consultation, I may ask you clarifications and send you more than one options to choose from. This is also the time for ask me all the questions that you may have.
During this phase I will NOT send you any visual images of your item.
A design fee is mandatory only if I need to create a unique design for you, such as a special shape or drawing.
You won't be required to pay a design fee if:
-You trust me with your idea and don't need to see a sketch of the item.
-You want an item I made in the past that is not currently available.
-You desire minor changes to designs I've created before, such as adding gold details or changing the glaze, etc.
